Three sessions of 30 mins each ~ offering a simple, steady-paced practice. The tools taught are presented with those suffering from Long Covid in mind. These practices are designed to help to learn to breathe well, align posture, and build mindful movement.
Join Mary-Lou as she offers some useful techniques geared towards those struggling with symptoms associated with Long Covid. Mindful Meditation together with Gentle Chair-Based Yoga & Breathing Techniques.
This is an approach developed following some training in this area. The emphasis will rest on bringing as much oxygen into the body, offering ways to draw on the parasympathetic nervous system (the ‘healing state’), and build an attitude of patience and gentleness towards one’s self at what is likely to be a testing time.
