Mary-Louise's Yin Yoga Brighton and Hove class takes place on Monday evenings at 7.30pm, also at Upstairs@SIX, Hove. Prepare for some inspirational themes as well as a beautifully balanced practice. The first half of the class will feature some luscious, held stretches before moving up into a slow flow, designed to create heat in the body, build strength, flexibility, balance, & increase mental & physical resilience. The close of the class will offer the opportunity to deeply relax, consolidate the shifts in energy, digest the inspirational themes, setting you up for the day.
