Flow & Restore is designed to invite a release of held tension in the mind and body, setting the tone for a beautiful weekend ahead. The first part of the class will bring focus to resetting the nervous system before moving into a slow, strong, muscle-based flow.
The second part will focus on the passive style of yin yoga to cultivate a collaboration with intention, breath, and meditation practices. Here, we take the practice deeper, smooth out as well as harmonise energies, detoxify the body, and say ‘goodbye’ to the stressors of the week.
