What is Egyptian Goddess Yoga?
Mary-Louise is the Founder of Egyptian Goddess Yoga, an approach to yoga which incorporates Egyptian Goddess Myth into her sequences. Following publication of a feature article in YOGA Magazine in August 2020 (Yin/Yang and an Egyptian Goddess), Mary-Louise, has developed a way to weave ancient Egyptian goddess myth into her Yin as well as Yin Yang sequences. Mary-Louise's students have expressed huge enthusiasm for the inclusion of this ancient wisdom in her classes as well as working 1:1.
